India's First ABDM Integrated Health Locker

- Docprime Technology has launched India's first health locker, which is connected to the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
- ABDM was established in August 2020 with the goal of creating a countrywide digital health infrastructure.
- The ABDM integrated Health Locker will offer users a free digital and self-contained health data management system.
- It will electronically store and manage health records.
- On the ABDM integrated Health Locker, users can create digital Health IDs for themselves and their family members.
- For activating their ABDM integrated Health Locker, Health Locker received ABDM Sandbox approval.
- The ABDM integrated Health Locker also allows users to retrieve and store their Cowin vaccination certificates.
- The health locker was initially only available in a few Union Territories, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced its national rollout on August 27.
- Docprime Health Locker received ABDM Sandbox approval and became India's first ABDM integrated Health Locker on August 6.
