First President Of Iran Banisadr passed away

Highlights:

• Abolhassan Banisadr, Iran’s first president after the 1979 revolution, died on 9 October at the age of 88 years old.
• Abolhassan Banisadr was the First President of Iran after the 1979 Revolution.
• The Politician and Economist, Baniadr, was appointed as the president on January 25 1980.
• The 1979 revolution changed the U.S. backed monarch ruled country into a republic with Islamic idealogy
• On 9 October it was reported that  Abolhassan Banisadr died in a hospital in Paris after a long illness.
• Abolhassan Banisadr was born in 1933 in Hamedan province in western Iran.
• He led events beyond his controls like the U.S. Embassy hostage crisis and the invasion of Iran by Iraq two of those uprooted his position later on.
• He published a magazine and numerous books opposing Iran's leaders.
