Graham Reid appointed the new chief coach of Indian men’s Hockey team

  • Hockey India (HI) on 8 April 2019 named Australia's Graham Reid as the new chief coach of the Indian men's hockey team. 
  • He was part of the silver-medal winning Australian team at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. 
  • The post was lying vacant since Harendra Singh was removed from the post after India’s dismal performance in 2019 FIH Hockey World Cup in January 2019.
